Capital Campaign Administrative Assistant - Fulltime Temporary

St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation is seeking a temporary, full-time Capital Campaign Administrative Assistant to provide confidential, administrative support to the Manager of Major Giving, Hospice Campaign Director for a period of approximately 12 months. This position will work in close consultation with campaign volunteers and all Foundation employees.

The successful candidate will have completed relevant post-secondary training, have an excellent knowledge of general office procedures, proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, and fund raising software and databases, preferably Raisers Edge. Previous experience in a fund raising or capital campaign administrative support role with strong reception skills and a high attention to details is essential. Experience working with volunteers and the non-profit sector will be considered an asset.
